Yoga: Psychological Benefits for High-School Students

Mental health disorders commonly develop in the teenage years and according to a recent study examining the psychological effects of yoga for high-school students, “Yoga may serve a preventive role in adolescent mental health.” The pilot study also argues that yoga improves mood and reduces tension in comparison to regular PE classes.
